I have been a Personal Trainer since 2001 and in that time I have specialized in developing and carrying out fitness regimens for adults between the ages of 45 and 70. In this first session, we'll discuss your concerns and specific issues, and begin the process of goal-setting with some basic measurements of fitness.
After that, we will begin to determine the structure of our relationship, how often you would like Personal Training, what combination of services would work best for you, all based on your availability.
A Personal Training relationship is ideally a long-term partnership and it is important that it works for both parties.
If, after this first session you feel that this is something you want to pursue then we start right in. That NOW is the time to start towards your goals and the health that you have dreamed of, then this first session will be the first in your package.
If, on the other hand you have any hesitation, or you just didn't feel a click, then you are under no obligation to continue.
I am so sure that you will see the value in Personal Training that there is a no-risk guarantee on the first session. If, for any reason, you don't think this is for you, your session will be complementary. All the information gathered is yours to keep and I wish you all the best in your move towards health.
Personal Training is $90 per session, with each session lasting approximately an hour. The initial assessment is approximately 90 minutes.
Most clients prefer the package of ten sessions. This commitment reduces your investment to $70 per session. If it meets your needs, please inquire about our group rates.
