I believe that we are all here on earth for a reason, and that if you have found your way to this site you are here to help bring our world back to balance.

I used to think that I could do this by acting on the outer world alone. It is only in the last few years that I have finally come to accept that I have little control over the outer world, and that the outer world we perceive is merely a reflection of the inner world we have created. And this is where we have almost limitless potential.

The great part of this realization is that I now know that the more work I do on developing every aspect of my being, the more my outer world will develop. And I know this is true for you as well.

Part of this work has led me to know that what I enjoy is life most is helping other become liberated from the past beliefs and feelings that hold them back.

Coaching is the purest way I have found to accomplish this. A true coach does not tell her client which way is the best way but rather continually lifts the sights of her client to see what may be possible, allowing each client to find their own best solutions and path.

Our Work Together

As a coach I always visualize my work as being a diamond-tipped drill that we use to move through the layers of inertia, excuses, and straight out ‘b.s.’ that you have wrapped around yourself for protection. The truth is, the vast majority of us live inauthentic lives, and we suffer from the compromises that we make. Coaching has the ability to completely change that. Together we will work to create the life that brings you joy.

Everyone who is drawn to work with me has a mission: to create a more compassionate world that cherishes abundance, peace, and diversity. Together we will work to find your part of that mission. Finding your place means attuning to the desires of your soul. Asking how you can be at your most healthy and how to get there, in order to move ahead.

This process is not always comfortable, there is a reason that you have constructed the barriers around yourself. But there is also a reason that you wish to change, to choose a different path for your future. Life coaching is not therapy, we do not look back. It is also not mentoring or consulting, I am not an expert who will lead you down the path. You are the expert on your own life. Coaching is more like the light that illuminates the path you are choosing, and definitely a loving hand to lend you courage on your chosen path. We focus on the future that you wish to create and how best to attract that future into your life. With love and laughter, and loads of empathy, we will construct a solid coaching relationship based on trust and a steady stream of fulfilled commitments. As your confidence in your own ability to manifest grows, you will create a life that is more closely aligned to your core values than you have ever dared dream was possible.

P.S. Sessions are normally completed weekly or bi-weekly by phone, lasting 30 minutes, but our first session will be closer to an hour as we launch our work together.
