Sound Therapy is one of the many energy therapies that is revolutionizing our understanding of how the body functions and how it heals.

Energy medicine is on the cutting edge of research these days as Doctors begin to expand the use of ultra-sound and laser to treat ailments from gallstones to cancer in ways much gentler than traditional surgical and non-surgical procedures.

While energy medicine is revolutionizing mainstream medical practice it enjoys an historical place within the healing traditions of many cultures.

Trained in 2005 by Tom Kenyon, one of the most influential and gifted sound workers in the western world, I create a fluid, auditory and vibrational environment in which your body can experience soothing peace and access its own healing energies.

In combination with Reflexology or as a stand-alone treatment, Sound Therapy works to move your body at a vibrational and cellular level, cleansing your aura, removing energy blockages and bringing your body back to a place of balance.

Depending on guidance, and possibly an Oracle card or two, I'll use crystal bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan bells, crystals, percussion, and, most importantly, my voice, to wrap you in a coccoon of sound and vibration.

Introducing the Sacred Physicality Vibrational Immersion

While the one-hour regular session of Sound Therapy is an incredible experience, this Vibrational Immersion will totally knock your socks off. But, due to the gentle nature of these treatments, your sock are the only clothing you'll need to remove.

We'll begin with an intake to clarify your goals for the treatment and your energetic state on the day of treatment and then you will be given a foot bath to begin the cleansing of your aura.

From there we will use aroma, colour, sound and light to move your body and spirit into an entirely new energetic state - elevating your vibration to a state of harmony, peace and love.

The session will be allowed to develop on its own as we receive guidance and mutually construct the experience based on the feedback we receive from your body and spirit, we'll invest up to 2 hours in the process to ensure that your body has absorbed all the vibration it can handle.
